CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME:
Current production time is approximately 12 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays although I am working & shipping on the weekends). Rush shipping options are available if orders are needed quicker than my current standard production time.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
• Orders w/ STANDARD 1st Class & Priority shipping are shipping within 2 weeks & the estimated delivery time frame via USPS for 1st class is 2-6 days. Insurance is NOT included for 1st class unless requested which I am happy to send over an invoice for (cost is based on order amount). Estimated USPS delivery time for Priority is 1-4 days & includes insurance up to a $50 value.
• Orders w/ RUSH 1st Class or Priority shipping are shipping in 5 business days
♦♦♦ PLEASE CHOOSE one of the RUSH options if you need your items sooner than my average production time ♦♦♦.
• Orders w/ PRIORITY EXPRESS will ship within 2-4 business days & estimated delivery time frame via USPS is overnight - 2 days. Insurance is included up to $100.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
♦♦♦ Please keep in mind that unfortunately I have no control over shipping speeds & customs processing times and I am unable to replace lost International orders. Thank you for your understanding! ♦♦♦
• International orders with standard FIRST CLASS will ship within 2 weeks. USPS delivery time averages 7-10 business days but can take up to 45 days or longer depending on customs. Please contact me if you're an International customer & would like to upgrade to Priority as prices vary per country.
• International RUSH orders will be shipped in 5 business days via standard First Class mail.

RETURN POLICY: Items eligible for return (please see individual listings as some items are NOT returnable including custom orders) may be accepted for refunds or exchange after contacting me prior to sending items back.
Forced returns are NOT accepted (items sent back without prior approval).
Items should be returned in their original, new condition (unworn & undamaged) & with the original packaging (jewelry card they were shipped on, plastic baggy & rubber or metal earbacks for earrings) within 14 days of the date they were marked delivered.
Worn items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged items or items not in their original packaging will be subjected to a loss of value.
Please see individual listings for specific return/exchange details for each item as some items are not returnable due to their custom nature.

♪♪♪ A NOTE ON MY PRODUCTION TIMES - I'm a one woman show & I run this shop, a handmade supply shop, my own website & a little farm so my production times are based on how much I can reasonably get accomplished in a 10 hour work day (which is usually longer). All of the pieces you see here are made one at a time, by hand, by me. They aren't mass produced pieces that I put together & hand assemble (not that there's anything wrong with that that's just not what I do & what I do takes time & it's done with love). I also don't have production partners. It's just me making each piece by hand the old fashioned way. Rush fee shipping options are available in case an order is needed quicker than my standard production time & covers the additional time I will need to spend working over 10 hours in a day to expedite the order. I truly appreciate your patience! I hope you'll feel they are worth the wait! ♥♥♥
